TAEMA Annual General Meeting 2025
The Tanzania Electric Mobility Association (TAEMA) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2nd October 2025 at King Jada Hotel, Dar es Salaam.
The AGM served as a vital platform for members to review the Association’s progress, discuss strategic priorities, and elect new leadership to guide TAEMA for the 2025–2028 term.
Key highlights included:

Review of TAEMA’s journey since its inception and achievements in promoting e-mobility in Tanzania.

Adoption of resolutions to review and amend the Constitution and Bylaws to reflect the Association’s evolving needs.

Election of a new Executive Secretariat and appointment of the Board of Trustees for the 2025–2028 term.

Agreement to recruit a full-time Executive Secretary through a formal hiring process.

Productive discussions on strategic priorities and partnership development to strengthen Tanzania’s e-mobility ecosystem.
The AGM concluded with closing remarks, group photographs, and a networking lunch.
TAEMA extends sincere appreciation to all members and partners, including Enabel and UN-Habitat, for their continued support in advancing the electric mobility agenda in Tanzania.
